Most menu commands (transpose, play, stem direction, etc.) can apply to just the hilighted symbol (note, beamed group, chord, staff, brace, etc.), a marked block, or the entire score. Dragging the last bar line past the end of the staff moves the last measure to the next staff. Dragging the last bar line left to make enough room for the first measure of the following staff moves that measure.
