Peter M, The online help had to be redone for Windows Vista and isn't yet as thorough as it should be. I'm assuming you're using Musette V2.9.6. If not, you should upgrade. 1. Check for new versions on the website with menu option Help/Program Updates. You can install new versions over your old version or install new versions to a separate folder. The help file and staff height help topic have more on this. Assuming you want the staff to go all the way across the page, you probably won't need to change the staff width. Just remember that making the height bigger squeezes notes together as fewer big notes fit on each line.
