I'm considering a purchase but I cannot find a list of instrument voices that Musette uses. Does this include a drum kit by any chance?

Yes. Click "Setup/Demo". Select a staff or brace or right-click on the staff or brace in the green toolbar. Select "Setup/Draw" or "Setup/Properties" to see the list of MIDI instruments. Select MIDI track 10 or "Perc." The help file has more information.
