I just upgraded to 'consort' and when I print the music and lyrics I've previously created with the free version the lyrics do not line up on the printed page as they did on screen. What have I done wrong?

Did the lyrics print correctly previously?
If you used spaces to align lyrics, sometimes the spaces print differently due to differences in the printer and screen fonts. It's best to use "tab" to move to the next note. Do the lyrics highlight correctly with "Score/Play"?
