I have been using the Free Download version and just upgraded to the Consort Edition. The Conssort Edition automatically indicates the bar numbers. How can I alter this - remove the numbers or re-write them at another place.
When trying to write music for soprano and bass parts, how can I adjust the space between the two staves ?

You can print without measure numbers by disabling the Consort Edition upgrades. Click Setup/Validate, enter "clear" as the authorization code and click "Register". This temporarily disables the upgrade. Exit musette and restart to re-enable the upgrade. Without the Consort Edition features, you can load, play and print any file, but editing is limited.
To reposition any staff or brace, select the appropriate symbol from the Draw/Staff or Draw/All green toolbar, then click and drag. There's more in the "Getting Started/Staves, Braces..." section of the help file.
