Hello Maestro,
Another in the series of questions....
I am trying to get some time signatures that do not appear on the Draw list (nothing too fancy, just things like 7/8, 5/8, etc.). Your help page gives some instructions which I can't seem to follow ...(I keep getting the "set new metronome marking" page ...) even though I have a time signature highlighted.)
I know I have done this in the past ... Perhaps you could give a more detailed explanation?

Thanks very much!

Click menu option "Draw/Time", click "5/4" in the green toolbar, then click "Setup/Draw" in the main menu. After you set the top and bottom numbers, you'll have a chance to also change the tempo for the new time signature.

Hi Maestro,

I didn't see how to make *arbitrary* new time signatures. Is that possible (e.g. 11/16)? If not, may I recommend that for your next version?

Many thanks,
Leo Marcus

Leo,

For now, you can improvise a time signature with text. Select the musettemusic font, size 18pt and use numbers 1-9.

Hi Maestro,
Yes, that is what I have been doing.
It just doesn't look as nice ... but I guess it "works".
Thanks!
