Combining Scores

I am transcribing some Hand-written scores for solo instruments, (four parts on four separate printed sheets -files) and would like to provide a complete score for our Conductor, when the four scores can be brought together as one piece.
Is there a simple way to copy from the four separate files, and merge them into a new braced four-part score, which could extend over several sheets of paper?
